Delivery Policy

  • What is your Delivery Area?

    We deliver to Katy, Houston, Richmond, Fulshear, Brookshire, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Cypress, Hockley, Tomball and Spring

  • Do you offer same day delivery?

    Yes we do, as long as the order is placed before 3 pm local time.

  • Do you deliver to Funeral Homes?

    Yes we deliver to all funeral homes in our delivery areas: Schmidt Funeral Home, Katy Funeral Home... For a complete list please check our front page for a complete list of funeral homes we deliver to.

  • Do you deliver to local Hospitals?

    Yes we deliver to all hospitals located in our delivery areas: Memorial Hermann Katy, Houston Methodist West... For a complete list please check our front page for a complete list of hospitals we deliver to.

  • During what times are deliveries made?

    • Timed orders such as business addresses and schools will be delivered during business hours.

    • Funeral orders will be delivered an hour before the visitation starts at most. We check visitation and service times with the facility in charge of the funeral.

    • Residential deliveries start from 8 am until 7 pm local time.

    • Extra delivery charges may apply for early delivery. We try to accommodate special delivery requests. Please give us a call at 832 916 3636 for such requests.

  • How are delivery charges determined?

    We charge a standard delivery fee of $10 to Katy, Richmond, Fulshear, Brookshire and Houston zip codes: 77094, 77084. Other areas we deliver to carry a standard $15 delivery charge.

  • Will you call the recipient before delivery?

    We do not call the recipient prior to delivery as the arrangement might be meant as a surprise.

  • Will my flowers be left at the front door if there is no one home?

    Unless the sender specifies in the "Florist Instructions" that the flowers are to be left at the front door we do not leave flowers at the door. If no one answers the door, we call the phone number provided for the recipient, then the phone number provided for the sender. If we get an answer we will discuss the available options over the phone. If both calls are not answered we will return the flowers back to the shop and hold the flowers until we get a response from either party based on which we will reschedule a delivery.

  • How can I determine the status of my order?

    You can always give us a call at (832)916-3636. We will answer the phone up till 7 pm local time. You can also chat with us through the chat box located on our main page.

    We will try our very best to accommodate changes to orders. Please give us a call.

  • Is the order delivered the exact same as the picture?

    We will do our best to match our design to the one shown in the picture. We will use the same flowers unless a substitution is needed. Please keep in mind that flowers are natural and that every stem does not look exactly the same like the other. You are more than welcome to request a picture before delivery.

  • Do the flowers come with the vase?

    Yes flowers will come with the vase in the picture. A clear glass vase might be substituted for another clear glass vase due to availability. If we have to substitute colored vases or vases with a special design, we will contact you before we do so.

  • Will you use substitutions?

    Some flowers are seasonal and sometimes unavailable. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

  • Do you carry all the plants you have on your website?

    Plants need a certain medium to thrive and as such not all plants are available for same day delivery. We do keep some plants at the shop as they are easier to take care of than others. If you wish to order a certain plant please give us a call and we can confirm the availability.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes you can. A fee will apply though if the flowers have been already cut and arranged.

  • What is your refund policy?

    • If the flower bouquet has not been designed yet we will fully refund you.

    • If the flower bouquet has been designed but still at the shop i.e. not loaded onto a delivery truck, a 30% fee will apply to cancellations.

    • If the flower bouquet has been designed and sent out for delivery a 50% fee will apply to cancellations.

  • How do I take care of my flowers?

    • Be very careful about where you place the flowers. Factors such as direct sunlight and the central heating system can affect the life of the flowers. Display the flowers in a ideal room temperature where there’s thermal comfort that’s fit for human body temperature. If it’s too hot and uncomfortable for you, it certainly isn’t ideal room temperature for flowers.

    • Don’t forget to re-trim the blossoms and change the water every few days for a fresh and clean stem.

    • Cut the stems at an angle so that they don’t rest flat against the bottom of the vase.

    • As you do all this, keep in mind that some flowers generally last longer than others in ambient temperature. Most flowers last between 4-7 days. Some of the flowers that are known to last longer include roses, sunflowers, lilies, and daisies. Others like tulips, lilacs, daffodils, and hyacinths are notorious for wilting after only a few days even in normal temperature range.
